The agate has not bern polished on the face, there are imperfections on the face but the agate is solid, vibrant and stunning. This is an absolutely beautiful specimen and would be an excellent addition to any lapidary project or it could be polished and used as a display piece. The item pictured is the item you will receive. We used a small amount of water to bring out the characteristics of the agate, no mineral oil has been applied.
