TY48 produces a natural, smooth full flavor with strong and authentic aromatics even in high-alcohol fermentations. Contains amyloglucosidase enzyme which allows the conversion of starch based feedstock after normal gellatination and alpha amylase treatment. 1kg. packet is enough for 46 gallons (174 liters) of fermentation. TY48 is capable of fermenting pure glucose-based sugar syrups such as “95DE” to 20% ABV in 7 days with no additional nutritional requirements. TY48 contains fermentation activators to ensure rapid start to fermentation; this combined with very low bacterial content eliminates the potential for bacterial spoilage where good hygiene is observed.
