Tobias Conrad Lotter (1717-1777) 18th century German cartographer Tobias Conrad Lotter was a skillful German publisher and engraver who married the daughter of the elder Matthaus Seutter (1678-1756, geographer to the Imperial Court). He engraved many of Seutter's maps and published these charming miniatures shortly after succeeding to the business in 1756.
