These capacitors are true vintage/NOS military capacitors, and compare favorably with Sprague Vitamin Q, etc. They are highly recommended for vacuum tube high-end audio and no compromise guitar amplifiers. Please note that these all test above spec, with all pairs testing at .023uf (23.02nf, 23.66nf, and 23.51nf). I have three pairs total.
